Architectural Designer

The Architectural Designer is a full time emerging professional, on the path to licensure. Under supervision of a licensed Architect, will:

  • Prepare written and graphical documents to present to the client, city officials, and internal reviews.
  • Be involved in all levels of project from schematic design, design development, construction documentation and construction administration.
  • Coordinate with other Designers’ efforts in Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Document, Construction Administration phases of project.
  • Attend meetings with clients to devise programmatic requirements, translate client meetings and minutes, into applicable items.
  • Coordinate with engineers to maximize integrity of project while maintaining architectural standards and aesthetics.
  • Set up the documentation of different scale projects, from the get-go.
