    Description

We are currently working with Renzo Piano Building Workshop on a luxurious and exciting high-rise in the South of Market neighborhood.

The new 375,000-sf building is designed to be 35 stories tall over four levels of basement to provide approximately 292,000 square feet of program area. The building will be home to a 400-room five star hotel. An enclosed bar will be located on level 35, with a public roof garden on level 36. An 18-foot glass screens protects the landscaped roof garden without obstructing the sweeping views of the iconic San Francisco skyline.

Hotel amenities feature a destination restaurant on the ground floor, two ballrooms with accompanying meeting spaces, in addition to a pool, gym and spa. The restaurant faces west toward the elevated bus ramp and connects with the under ramp to the new park.

The project is pursuing LEED Platinum Certification.
